How to I apply?

Thank you for your interest in including The Binderess Company in your store’s assortment! To ensure we are represented in locations that align well with our products and brand, we ask for the following information to be sent to us at hello@thebinderesscompany.com to review prior to approving your account.

- Storefront address
- Links to your presence on social media and any online platforms you sell on
- Top selling brands you currently offer
- Product categories you are interested in carrying
- Copy of your resale certificate

Pricing Policy

The Binderess Company has a United States Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“MAP Policy”) that applies to all authorized retailers of The Binderess Company products located in the United States of America.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by commercial carrier (Fedex) unless otherwise specified. The customer will be responsible for paying all shipping and freight costs relating to your orders, freight charges are applied to the invoice and charged at time of shipping.

Product Alteration

We ask that you sell products in their original packaging. Relabeling, repackaging (including the separation of bundled products or the bundling of products), and otherwise altering products or their packaging is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in account termination. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.
